Joe Bean Roaster’s green buyer Ben Turiano cups their latest coffee release from Honduras - a washed pacas coffee from farmer Jeovany Lara. From the Santa Barbara region on Hondouras, this coffee has tasting notes of of honeydew melon, quince, cinnamon, and milk chocolate.
This coffee comes through the work of the Paz family, founders of Beneficio San Vicente, who meticulously separate every coffee in their mill, differentiating harvests from farmers such as Jeovany Lara, enabling direct trade to roasters such as ourselves.
