You can feel extra good about drinking our coffee which comes directly from small scale, big-hearted farmers. Together, we are breaking old cycles of inequality, creating mutually beneficial, global friendships, and coffee that lifts everyone.
How will I know my order has shipped or is ready for pick-up?
You will receive two email notifications. The first one notifies you that your order will be processed in approximately three days, giving you the opportunity to make any changes. And then one when your item has shipped or is ready for pick-up.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You bet. Make sure you set up an account when you purchase your Perpetual Joy Subscription. Then you can go in anytime and make changes. Just note that it is not necessary to set up an account when purchasing a Perpetual Joy Subscription, so you'll want to make sure you take that extra step.
Can I choose my coffee?
Choosing between too many good things can be hard, we know that. We like to make it easy for you, so we take on that task. However, if at any time you're not happy with a coffee you received, just let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
How do you determine which coffee will be included?
We choose all of our coffees based on seasonality. We work closely with our farmers to ensure we are getting coffees fresh off harvest and processing. As soon as we receive a new coffee, we spend a couple week's profiling the coffee - developing a flavor profile that we think brings out the best characteristics in the coffee - and then you'll see it in your shipments not long after that. We typically highlight a specific coffee for one month.
Can I prepay for several months at a time?
You sure can! We have a 3 month, 6 month and 1 year option. Click here
Can I give a subscription as a gift?
Absolutely, we love when you share joy! We offer 3, 6, or 12 month gift subscriptions that can be sent immediately or sent later by using one of our subscription gift cards. With our gift cards, the recipient then goes onto our website to start their subscription whenever they want. Click here for details
Can my coffee be ground?
We do not offer ground coffee. We believe in giving you the best, freshest product possible and one of the ways we accomplish this is by sending whole bean coffee.
Do you offer espresso blends?
All of our coffees work great as espresso as well as brewed coffee—in fact, we use our single origin coffee exclusively at our own bar. However, if you are specifically looking for an espresso blend, try out our new one in our line of blends —Tiger Stripe Espresso Blend.
What is your roasting / shipping schedule?
We roast Monday through Friday (with minor exceptions for holidays). Any orders that come in prior to 8:45 am EST on Monday through Friday will be roasted that day. Any order that comes in after that time, will be roasted the next roast day. We ship orders the same day they're roasted.
What sizes do you offer?
All of our single origin coffee comes in 12 ounce bags. If you are interested in larger volumes, check out our blends which come in 2lb options.
Can I skip a shipment?
Sure thing. Just log into your account and you can adjust your delivery schedule. Just remember, you'll have to make sure you have an account. Purchasing a Perpetual Joy Subscription does not automatically sign you up for an account. You do have to take that extra step.
