How will I know my order has shipped or is ready for pick-up?

You will receive two email notifications. One telling you your order will be processed in approximately three days, giving you the opportunity to make any changes. And one when your item has shipped or is ready for pick-up.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You bet. Make sure you set up an account when you purchase your Perpetual Joy Subscription. Then you can go in anytime and make changes. Just note that it is not necessary to set up an account when purchasing a Perpetual Joy Subscription, so you'll want to make sure you take that extra step.

Can I choose my coffee?

Choosing between too many good things can be hard, we know that. We like to make it easy for you, so we take on that task. However, if at any time you're not happy with the coffee we chose, just let us know by emailing orders@joebeanroasters.com

Can I prepay for several months at a time?

You sure can! We have a 3 month, 6 month and 1 year option. Click here

Can I give a subscription as a gift?

Absolutely! Just be sure to enter the recipients name and address in the ship to section. No prices will be included on the product or the box. Click here

Can my coffee be ground?

We do not offer ground coffee. We believe in giving you the best, freshest product possible and one of the ways we accomplish this is by sending whole bean coffee.

Do you offer espresso blends?

All of our coffees work great as espresso as well as brewed coffee. In fact, all of our coffees we brew and use as espresso on our own coffee bar.

What is your roasting / shipping schedule?

We roast Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (with minor exceptions for holidays). Any orders that come in prior to 8:45 am EST on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday will be roasted that day. Any order that comes in after that time, will be roasted the next roast day. We ship orders the same day they're roasted.

What sizes do you offer?

All of our coffee is packaged in a 12 ounce bag.

Do you offer gift notes or a certificate to print out?

While we do not have printable certificates, we'd be happy to include a note in any shipment. Just use our contact page to send us your note.

Can I skip a shipment?

Sure thing. Just log in to your account and you can adjust your delivery schedule. Just remember, you'll have to make sure you have an account. Purchasing a Perpetual Joy Subscription does not automatically sign you up for an account. You do have to take that extra step.

How do you determine which coffee will be included?

We choose all of our coffees based on seasonality. We work closely with our farmers to ensure we are getting coffees fresh off harvest and processing. As soon as we receive a new coffee, we spend a couple week's profiling the coffee - developing a flavor profile that we think brings out the best characteristics in the coffee - and then chances are, you'll see it in your shipments not long after that. We typically highlight a specific coffee for one month.
