It contains two of our 2024 limited release coffees, a Geisha coffee from our friends at La Revuelta and a Carbonic Maceration coffee from Nicaragua. Together, they showcase some of the incredible diversity of varietals and processing methods available in the world of coffee. Drink them separately or side by side—either way, you're sure to enjoy the myriad of flavors just waiting to be discovered in every sip. Box comes with a 175 gram bag of Geisha La Revuelta and 175 gram bag of Nicaragua Carbonic Maceration.
Geisha La Revuelta— Geisha, a “superstar” coffee plant varietal, is well known for its intense fruit flavors, tea-like characteristics, and floral bouquet. With tasting notes of pineapple, mango, orange, jasmine tea, and vanilla—this first harvest of Geisha from La Revuelta is an excellent example of the beauty this ancient coffee superstar contains.
Nicaragua Carbonic Maceration—A true labor of love, this award-winning coffee from Maritza (pictured above) and Francisco Sanchez in Nicaragua is a one-of-a-kind treat. The breadth of flavors found in this coffee come from Carbonic Maceration, the unique processing method, borrowed from the wine industry. A 2022 Golden Bean winner, it shines with notes of pineapple, candied lime, watermelon, pink lady apple, & Prosecco.

Through our Give Back Program we are partnering with the Bridge Project of NY, an organization that provides low-income mothers with cash during pregnancy, birth, and the earliest days of their babies’ lives. Their mission is to invest into the next generation by supporting healthy development, avoiding adverse childhood experiences, and breaking cycles of intergenerational poverty.
