Recommended Coffees For Cold Brew:
COLOMBIA EDERLETH LOZANO MOLINA: With tasting notes of apple, maple candy, coconut, and mint chocolate, this coffee makes a sweet, dessert-like cold brew. Perfect for a morning pick-me-up or an afternoon treat. The combination of chocolate, fruit, and sweetness would shine using the overnight steeped recipe.
NICARAGUA DON FRANCISCO & BLANCA NIEVE: The abundance of crisp fruity notes in this coffee make for a refreshing cold brew. Tasting notes include peach, tangerine, apple, and pear. We recommend the shaken cold brew recipe but the tangerine and peach notes would also be great in the old fashioned.
