With vacation season here, we thought it was a good time to go over how to manage your subscriptions if you go out of town, have company, or any of the other summertime activities that might impact your coffee.
Do you have an account? While creating an account isn’t required when signing up for a coffee subscription, we highly recommend it. It gives you more control to manage your account directly. You can set up your account at anytime, even after you sign up for a subscription, however, be sure to use the same email associated with your current subscription so you can see your subscription details. Need to skip or reschedule? You’ve got options:
1. Choose your delay option in your roast notification email. When we let you know your order is getting ready, you’ll have the chance to skip or reschedule that order. Skipping simply means that order won't be processed, but your next one will.
2. Manage it on our website. If you haven’t already, you can create an account on our site to get even more control. Log in any time to skip or reschedule orders, update your shipping address or payment info, and view upcoming orders.
Hosting guests? Running low on filters?
You can add extra items to any upcoming order. Every time we send that “your coffee is about to be roasted” email, you’ll also have the chance to tack on more goodies—whether it’s another bag, filters, or something else you need.
One-time add-ons, delivered with your regular order. Easy as that.
